PLEASE NOTE: The Hotel is only able to process additional payments on the credit card that is saved to the reservation.

Want to change cards? In order to make a payment to a different card than was saved on the reservation:

1. First, you must change the saved card. To do so, click on the “Modify Reservation” button near the bottom of your confirmation e-mail.
2. Select “Change Payment Info”. Update the saved card information and click on Save. You should see a message confirming new card has been saved.
3. Then return here and fill out the Additional Payment form.

Charge should be reflected on your booking within 48 hours.

Please note: The following fields must match in order for the Hotel to process the charge:

• First & Last Name on Card must match one of the guests travelling.
• The last 4 digits of the Card saved to the booking must match those indicated on the Additional Payment form.
• All booking information must match the responses to the Additional Payment form.

Want to make payments on multiple cards? You will need to request each charge separately. Follow the instructions to update your card, then request the first charge. After that charge has posted, update to the second charge and request that payment.
